Suggestions / Way Over The Top Idea
« on: October 24, 2019, 10:48:58 PM »
So this suggestion was more of a thought when I was a kid, what if there's a fully 3d scene of the loading screen of FFR with all the heroes battling their fusion counterparts in a giant showdown battle?
Maybe it could be a simplistic drawn cutscene with moving images of the characters, but something referencing the loading screen of Retro would be awesome, it could even show how the good guys lost the battle of Hero's Hollow in a more visual style so the player has a better idea of what went down

(couldn't upload the retro loading screen bc bad connection but you get the idea)

I've always taken for granted that the future is divided by many parts because everything is taken by fusion matter but most of the time is a bit "tiring" to cross many bridges too often without hitting the autorun button, was it done for the looks and make the future different from the past or is there some sort of gameplay purpose the original devs wanted to bring in?

I'm really loving the update, but I'm not sure if this was something that happened with it or not, the NPCs at forsaken valley are a bit to close to the wall and cast a weird shadow

I think after the update, the updated proportions made a couple of character have "odd placed bubble texts"

- Tetrax' texts may cut out in the black bars when you talk to him
- Buttercup's bubble text is a bit far from her character/the camera is pointing slightly up
- Blossom's bubble text is slightly too close to her character, but it may just be because of her animations and she looks like she's supposed to be but i'll point that out just in case→

The mission talked about the Kumari Transport but one text line wasn't updated :P

FusionFall Retro Discussion / Is this a texture mistake?

If I had to guess a textures got mixed because of the Foster's interior update, if not then I'm missing something  :-X

FusionFall Retro Discussion / Enhancing Mandark's Nano Voice
« on: May 21, 2019, 10:18:17 AM »
Hey everybody, so everyone knows how low quality Mandark's nano voice clips sound like, after messing around with EQ and all of that, I think it sounds just a tiny bit better, it isn't much but I hope it encourages someone to do a better job ;D

Thanks to Fury_Acrobatzeta for the nano voice clips he compiled they're pretty great, let me know what you think

FusionFall Retro Discussion / Suggestion for Townsville Center
« on: May 04, 2019, 11:37:03 AM »
So I really like Townsville Center, although obviously no one goes there because no transport goes directly right there quickly, but what i would want here is music to come out of the speakers or something similar, just like what the Birthday Bash had, it would make a great difference and it could be really really cool

So after the loading screen was updated to include the whole image (v2.5) the image has scaled down, there's black space left and right in 1366 x 768 resolutions, seeing how it doesn't look like this in other screen sizes it probably should be fixed, looks kinda wrong

Also, I don't know if it's being fixed or known, but the new items "crash" the game, it just gets stuck in a frame and i have to force every retro application to stop in task manager, I couldn't play for 20 minutes because it crashed with my character in mount blackhead every time it probably loaded a character with the new easter(?) items

FusionFall Retro Discussion / Option to loop music?
« on: March 17, 2019, 12:59:21 PM »
Out of everything I would like in Retro the #1 thing has been an option to just loop the music right away, to me when the music ends just everything feels a bit empty with the minutes of silence between the tracks, it'd be great if you could make the music loop more often, just as an extra setting :)

What the title says, honestly I think they might've thought about an exclusive track for the area or something happened and the music was disabled, but Offworld Plaza seems.. Empty without any music.
It seems weird that the Science District music isn't playing since it's part of the whole area, the Orchid Bay infected zone didn't have music until the unused orchid bay track was added on Retro, So it'd be better to just have the normal Science District music in there

I know there are the mysterious vendors who sell invisible vehicles, but did any of the Birthday Bash vehicles go through this new update? because using the normal 750 class vehicles feel... very very slow

Suggestions / Eduardo and the Pirates (Part 4 of 4)
« on: November 20, 2018, 03:42:39 PM »
So my suggestion for "updating" or modifying this mission for Legacy is that instead of curing the pirates, defeating Fusion Numbuh 2 and just leave them inside the lair, you'd actually cure them, lead the candy pirate group and defeat Fusion Numbuh 2 along them and save the day

You guys could take the extra step of doing animations for the "poisoned" candy pirates, instead of them just standing, maybe 8)

Suggestions / Animals
« on: November 20, 2018, 03:26:15 PM »
It's probably a thing on Legacy already, but it came to my mind while doing a mission in the Candy Cove infected zone, the ambient sounds include an owl and crow sounds, the suggestion is just to have those animales actually there hanging around, maybe flying every once in a while, just to make the world more dynamic and more in "movement".

Small suggestion and probably done already but hey :P :P

It went like this, I was at Candy Cove, got the jump Coco Egg and just jumped around with a Rocket Nano, so in the middle of a rocket jump the coco jump power stopped and i got kicked by the "Live check termination" system because I was jumping too high technically without a jump power or anything.
Just pointing that one out if the devs don't know yet, since it's kinda rare anyway :)
