FusionFall Retro Discussion / Re: How far'd you get?
« on: May 13, 2018, 02:41:22 PM »
Only to level 4 unfortunately, at the time, Fusionfall was still using subscription barriers from progressing pass level 4, and locking the past. Even after when the game went free to play, I never made it that far. shame really.

the future seems to be more in line with you being the savior of the world, the academy makes it sound like you're just one out of many
i guess that's not so bad, just that the future seems more personal, but i'd wager that the academy is also concurrent with the events of the game
that and the wrecked up environments, those are neat

These are interesting developments. I do wonder what's with the Discord server being kept at secrecy for, but that question doesn't matter so much. Thanks for letting us know!

FusionFall Retro Discussion / Re: FFR Wishlist [v1.0]

This is pretty darn cool. I wish you'd be able to search by categories, but I still managed to handpick what I wanted. Great job!
You can search by category by typing a bit of code into the search bar like: "--type = shattergun" for example. You can do the same for level, rarity, etc.
To see all the codes/commands do this: Open FFRWishlist > Help (bottom right) > Filters tab

That's nice, but I can't really search for vehicles if there's no "set" that includes all gear. But thanks anyway.

1) what is your name gonna be?
2) how long will you spend on the weekend?
3) what are you most excited for in the future?
4) what mission was your favourite in the future?
5) will you play multiple times with multiple characters?
6) do you think it will be a hassle to load up the game when the servers first come online?
7) if the game crashes, how many people do you think it will take until servers crash and devs have to close them?

1. Super Staralien. That's where my username comes from.
2. Like 2 or 3 hours, I guess.
3. Playing the game again. And talking to people, for the first time ever.
4. I don't remember any...
5. No.
6. Perhaps, although I hope not.
7. Between 500 and 1000, I think.

FusionFall Retro Discussion / Re: Sneak Peek Launcher Question
« on: March 10, 2018, 12:36:51 PM »
The Early Access launcher seems kind of messy anyway. I'd rather just wait until a download for the Sneak Peek Launcher is available, no update necessary.

S.C.A.M.P.E.R.S. were shown on a livestream, and most methods of transportation are similar to set up as the Monkey Skyway, anyway.

so when all this is ready will we have to jump through as many hoops as we did to download the tutorial? or will the
download be more streamlined?
My guess is that it will be more streamlined, considering that the Tutorial release was rushed.

FusionFall Retro Discussion / Re: Anyone still play the tutorial

I already played it too many times. Waiting for the Future's release so I'll have to play it for the last time.

FusionFall Retro Discussion / Re: Did you ever make freinds in FF

Not that I remember.

I'm tired of it

one more week left, to see whatever that exciting update is

FusionFall Retro Discussion / Re: Anyone here an original player?
« on: December 23, 2017, 01:09:22 PM »
I played back when you still had to pay to travel to the Past. That stopped me from playing ever since, but I still loved the game.

Yeah it ain't coming out this year. That's okay though it's getting closer.
It didn't seem likely anyway, though the year isn't over just yet.
I really wish the devs would stop overestimating themselves, it would save themselves lot of disappointment.
Last sentence is "Stay tuned for an even more exciting update next week!".

I don't know about you guys, but I'm still getting my hopes up only because of that.
