Do they have restrictions like the Retro tutorial build sent out?

I noticed why the name I originally intended got slightly edited and I was wondering if those rules still apply.

Name I wanted was Perplexed Pupil, but since the 1st name was 1 character too long, the original game decided to take out the 'd'.

Yes,that was a bad part of the game.

Unfortunately this is a limitation of the original game.
