I haven't been paying super close attention to the site since i wanna say december of last year. i heard about the sneak peek info and immediately came back to check on the sites only to not find any updates for the past couple months. thats not to complain, games take time and fan made games for projects this big take exponentially more time with a small crew. It would be nice to get some updates, monthly or even every other month about the progress of the game. I'm totally willing to wait, its gonna be worth it, but it is nice to know that the wait gets shorter over time, and the dev updates make it much more bearable.

Hey dear FusionFall fans,

I'm on the same boat as Ragz121 and whackdude. Fan made creations take time and art :)-- there are a variety of mmos under fan remade and the ones that were rushed did not last. :( We want this to last, we believe in the developers who are putting their time and effort for these memories we had together. ;)

Best,
JCOptimistic :o

You guys realize that March 02, 2018, 09:22:43 PM was the last active time for wolyham or whatever there name was active on forums so basically this forums has been dead since march 2nd so basically if there is no new updates soon you might as label this a dead project and move on

Womayhem has been actively been working since that time. Just because he doesn't use the forums doesn't mean anything. Bits and details have been posted by other developers. Dead is the last thing this project can be called.

"wolyham" LOL

Womayhem simply doesn't use these forums lol, doesn't mean he isn't working on the game.

You have some REALLY backwards logic there, if you think that if one dev team member is inactive, then that means the entire game is dead. Ya know, not at all counting the fact of the matter being, that the dev member is still working on things in the background and other dev members are active, if necessary.

I mean, sure, you can call the forums dead by that logic, but even then that's a stretch and a rather blanket statement seeing how there is plenty of people on the forums discussing and posting enough stuff on here so that way it's not inactive, not only that, but the devs even post to keep the peace on these forums.

Should this get its own thread or what?

That's right, you can hit that play button and download the Universe Launcher right now! From there, you can launch FusionFall Retro to get into our Sneak Peek!

We're still treating this period as a testing period, so expect bugs and issues as you play.

The current Sneak Peek servers will be live through the week. Should this week's testing go well enough, we may be able to extend the duration, and possibly keep the servers up indefinitely. However, as it stands, the current plan is to keep the Sneak Peek live until late Friday this week. This thread will be updated as we're able to come to that decision.

As of right now, the intention is to allow users to keep their players through the Sneak Peek period and into the full launch. HOWEVER it should be noted that because of uncertainty regarding features that are currently not available, we may need wipe everyone's character in order to avoid corrupted characters. It looks right now that nothing should go wrong, but treat your characters as if they will be deleted. Characters spawn in with the previously mentioned Mission Cap for a limited time. Should we need to delete characters, the Mission Cap time will extend past the Sneak Peak.

Currently, you guys can maneuver your way through the first four levels in the Future zone of the game. That includes the four Nano missions, plenty of world and guide missions, grindable enemies, Don Doom, Bad Max, the works. However, many social features are currently not available, including buddies, trading, groups, racing, and player e-mail.

We really want to encourage you guys to report anything you may think is a bug. Our focus is obviously going to be on network related things, but it never hurts to let us know in the event that you've found something we've missed. Our main focus during this period is to ensure we can host the game reliably and for you guys to comb over any missing details.

Lastly, I'd like to personally thank every last one of you that stuck it out with us! It's been a long time coming, but FusionFall is nearly back in full force, and to be able to jump in game and see you guys playing is nothing short of amazing. I really hope we can get the remaining features completed, bugs fixed, and the past completed so we can get you guys defeating Fuse!

I liked opening the beta with something more content ..

- There are few missions in the beta which is boring and missions because you will lose the taste ..
- Vehicles have not been activated
- They have not activated other maps of the game either.
Among other things..

In the end they took out a rather mediocre BETA, an attempt to lift the nostalgia and encouragement of the people who are still waiting for the game .. Since they opened it, let it open, we waited a lot for them to open and close it again
