I use Hypercam. As for settings it depends on what I want to record.

I have always used Bandicam for not only FusionFall but pretty much all of my other videos and content. Records fairly good quality so long as your PC can handle it. It isnt super heavy but it can slow down your game slightly if you are running too many things in the background.

Obviously theres also the classic Hypercam and OBS. I have no experience with these two but ive heard they are really good as well.

Honestly just try them all out and see what sticks with you. Thats how i got stuck to Bandicam for so long.

I'd ask him directly through his comments, or a different way if you can get his contact information.

I think that's Nvidia's shadowplay feature, it's insane, your system needs to be capable though

Yep. I tweeted him and it is indeed the Nvidia Geforce Experience recorder.

Been using cracked Bandicam for a long time. It's useful. Hypercam kinda sucks

Yeah I use NVIDIA Geforce's Game Bar recording option when I want to make videos and clips of my gameplay. Sadly I've never actually uploaded any of it, but watching the videos in the capture folder, they're all really nice quality

I don't have shadow play desktop recording since I'm on a laptop :(
(I can't believe it either)

I was experimenting with window's game bar with it's recording system and it turned fine for my videos.
well assuming if your pc has the game bar, to activate it press the windows key and g at the same time.

It does, I'm using an ASUS RoG laptop, and it records just fine. You'd need to make FusionFall fullscreen with F10, though, or it'll just record your desktop.
It's got unbelievable quality, way better than OBS, and pretty decent file sizes.

Years ago before live streaming Fraps was the gold standard, recording at native resolutions so editing folders ran into dozens of gigs of clips.

Live stream platforms probably all have recording functions built in nowadays, don't use any don't know, just remember all the free "cams" had horrendous watermarks. Fraps hardly resulted in any framerate drops at all, but if your computer lags from just running a browser-based Unity game, then you really are using a museum exhibit  :P
